1. Measure the motor shaft size of the electric vehicle with a ruler and purchase a specialized disc brake based on the size. When purchasing a disc brake, try to choose a large brand disc brake as much as possible to ensure the best braking effect of the installed tricycle.
2. Remove the wheel that needs to be replaced with the disc brake, and then remove the original brake pads from the wheel.
3. Ready to install the disc brake, with one side of the disc brake with four "shoe blocks" facing inward, install it flush on the wheel, and then tighten the four screws on the outer side of the disc brake disc with a hexagonal iron.
4. When tightening the screws, it is necessary to tighten them in a diagonal sequence to ensure that the disc brake is always in a flush state.
5. After tightening, there should be no gaps between the contact surface of the disc brake and the wheel hub.
6. Install the disc brake mounting bracket again. When installing the mounting bracket, ensure that the brake pads are in the middle of the two brake pads and that one side of the brake pads does not experience abnormal wear.
7. Finally, tighten all screws.
